We're proud to be part of the progress in accelerating Kenya's HIV response and ensure access to quality care for all. Through the @USAIDKenya Tujenge Jamii project, we're supporting the @PEPFAR annual reflection and workplan development alongside county health management teams for Baringo, Nakuru, Laikipia, and Samburu. #ImpactThatMatters

The sessions are focusing on meaningful engagement with all relevant health care cadres, adolescents and youth representatives on the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief’s (PEPFAR’s) and strategy to accelerate HIV response to end HIV as a public health threat by 2027, while sustainably strengthening public health systems.

“We thank USAID Tujenge Jamii for bringing us together to work as a team to achieve our targets,” said Dr. Nassir Lekudere, Samburu County Executive Committee Member for Health during the opening ceremony.

Deloitte will work with partners to address gaps in access, quality, and outcome of HIV services with pediatric patients, adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), and other key and vulnerable populations to foster greater programmatic, and financial responsibility for the response to reach 95-95-95 targets.

"We're excited to work collaboratively and serve our communities with quality care," said Dr. Moses Kitheka, USAID Tujenge Jamii Chief of Party. The project supports in strengthening the capacity of county health systems, local partners, and communities to deliver quality health services under primary care networks (PCN) to integrate the HIV response. #PurposeKwaGround
