with these images I have taken my photos of nature, naturally abstracted , a step further. I'll use these as a basis for some neagative painting in watercolour and inks

Abstracted Fireworks from Spring Festival 2011.

 

To take this photo series I deliberately left my Rokkor-X out of focus so that the fireworks were abstracted into balls of light.

I will possibly go back to this and add a texture later. This is for my macro abstract task within stock photography course at college. Roll on summer!!!

Visited FWA today to see what I could find to make a capture of. This is the one thing that I captured that I was happy with how it turned out. Would have been nice if there was some wildlife and sunshine to see today.

I saw this image from across the river, and at first thought that it was a brightly colored rock. Upon zooming in, however, it turned out to be a pretty bloom of some sort. I thought that these treatments made this a more interesting shot than the original since the focus is the colorful algae being plowed over by the stream.

A few cork oak plantations where planted when Canberra was being built as part of an investigation into what form of forestry would prove profitable for the area. Pinus radiata won the day.

Cubs scouts in colorful rain gear gather on the field at Maple leaves on the roof of one of the buildings at Scouts Canada Camp Opemikon, near Perth Ontario.

I think this picture was taken accidentally.
