To avoid confusion with some group invitations, all of my images are created from blank. Any image from a photo is clearly marked as such.

Some of my contacts have asked to see my paintings, so here's a start with some small scale abstracts painted with a palette knife:
1. Spring Colours
2. Fight for Survival
I swing between traditional paintings and abstracts. These are two abstracts I painted with a palette knife earlier this year. Since then I have painted around ten more pictures using a palette knife - a method I enjoy. At the moment I am working on a larger canvas having finished my initial ideas for a series of smaller palette knife pictures (I'll upload a shot of a few later).
I hope to exhibit and/or sell some pictures next year as I used to do when I lived in London as it's no good stockpiling work which will rarely be seen, but it looks like I will have to go to Wroclaw to do this. We'll see!
I'll also post a few traditional paintings later.
This was created with derwent and prismacolour pencils, along with fine tip coloured pens, including metalic gold and silver that makes it a little shiny as well.

My daughter wanted me to call this "Rhino At The Beach" hahaha.......so many ways to see one painting!!
Beach erosion is a major problem. This snow fence is being used to catch the drifting & wind-blown sand, in an attempt at rebuilding the dunes.
The Duomo is so big you really can't get the whole thing in shot. So, I went for a more abstract shot. I don't like the shadow in the bottom left corner but there wasn't a lot I could do about the building that was casting it! For those who have never seen it up close I hope this give a sense of how imposing it is in real life. Breathtaking ornate and big, did I mention, it's enormous!
I do like the fact you can just see the cross from the very top of the dome.
