NEW BLOG: tour of Sedona Arts Center unconventionalpaintings.com/2017/02/19/sedona-arts-center/
This image was created in camera it is not a digital manipulation. I placed a set of crystal spheres on a mirror in front of a black background. Then I light painted using a tangled string of fairy lights with various motion and exposure times
of corn.
Thanks for keeping your finger crossed! It helped :) So we are facing Turkey in Semifinal. Hope that game will be better than the one yesterday.
Have a nice weekend, you all.
A question to you Scots! Maybe some of you can help.
My Mom wants to travel (for just some days in September) to Scotland (with me). Any recommendations where to stay (more or less low budget) - We would like to explore the the Glen Coe Area, Ranoch Moor and/or Isle of Skye. f.e. I remember the Youth Hostel in Uig (Skye) was nicely located - but they didn´t provide double rooms ...
Grass weighted down by heavy dew, swaying. This was an early morning, long exposure shot with a bit of added intentional camera movement.
Going Abstract 2016 - Week 4
My first love in photography is nature, yet I am noticing more and more graphic designs as well these days. These neutral colours of grey, black, tan and beige are not necessarily the colours I usually feel drawn towards, but I do like the flow and harmony of these.
I also love the patterns here and although the colours are bold, it doesn't feel aggressive to me. In fact, they're the sort of colours that can easily be found in nature! This photo was taken in the city.
Love the delicate color in this. The lines make me think of a computer chip, somehow. 2 seconds, f/14.0, ISO 100.
As the sun came out today it reflected a glimmer of light from the tail light of a car. The sweeping curves, bright red color and contrast stood out and caught my eye.
Start with some pumpkins, add a tree and then layer in a mannequin in a sparkly dress. End up here. LOL!

It's all natural baby! (No processing) I took this one through my car window while waiting at a red light. Just cropped it to square and got a nice abstract out of it. Okay, I did apply a tiny tiny bit of Orton effect to it. Really tiny.
This started out as a lavender and yellow water lily surrounded by green leaves in a pool of water. it was shot with a Canon 5D and the lens was a EF Canon 100-400 zoom. I processed the image in Lightroom, PhotoShop, and Smart Photo Editor. Sometimes it's just nice to cut loose and see what comes about as the journey progresses.
