Tight rope walkers in the show

I made this miniature set after my first Absinthe tasting experience. It features a bottle with a real brand label ~Moulin Vert~, sugar bowl with tiny sugar cubes, glass filled with dyed faux water and an Absinthe spoon with a sugar cube on top.

This seemed to be the most interesting dish on paper to me, but it turned out to be disappointing. Deer was nicely cooked, but there was barely any trace of chocolate in the sauce. Okay
