Another in the Butoh series. In the context of Butoh, the surrealist ghost gains self-awareness of his status and is witnessing freedom's vastness. Alternatively a meditation of a yogin of the Drikung clan. The dynamic matrix of appearances is the expression of the creative potential of Awareness Bodhicitta, completely empty. This is represented in the image with the Sanskrit syllables of hung representing the primordial status, whipping around, with the subtly of atomic motion.

The Gemsbok is a large antelope of striking appearance with long, spearlike horns. It has a thick, horselike neck with a short mane and a compact, muscular body. A defined pattern of black markings that contrast with the white face and fawn-colored body are prominently displayed in dominance rituals to emphasize the length of horns and strength of the shoulder.

'Mind your health'
Since 1949, Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in May by reaching millions of people in the United States through the media, local events, and screenings.(copy and paste bit done)
This is now a Global campaign and awareness is indeed needed.
My thoughts after the last year or so we have had that helped no one through anxiety or other mental health issues was to give a moment to try and create an image that was my representation of the awareness campaign in lightpainting.
The translation of the shot will be different for everyone but the message is the same!
While EU Commandos are entering James Namarras 45th Floor apartment he finds himself in the buildings basement hiding from the EU Commandos. Even though he knew that the commandos would find him anyways he had hoped that there was enough time to find way out of the building, meet with his friend and escape in his car. But time isnt in James control.

Charity Awareness Day
Imagine if you were unable to touch or kiss your newborn baby. This is an ordeal thousands of families, whose child arrives too soon, too small or too sick, are forced to go through each year. But you can help. By baking and selling cupcakes, you’ll be raising funds to help support families during what can be a very lonely and frightening time, and to provide a brighter future for their babies.
Some facts and figures:
• There is a shortage of 1,150 nurses to care for the 70,000 babies in need of specialist hospital care in England. Less than a third of units have enough nurses to meet minimum standards.
• Neonatal units are working way above recommended occupancy levels meaning there is no safety net for peaks in the number of babies being admitted to units.
• Families of babies admitted to specialist hospital care face a crippling financial strain on top of the normal costs of having a new baby.
• Over half of parents face the prospect of not being able to stay near their baby in hospital due to a shortage of overnight rooms for families.
Cake A Difference is the annual fundraising initiative from Bliss, the special care baby charity. Bliss offers guidance and information at a critical time in families' lives, funds ground-breaking research and campaigns for babies to receive the best possible level of care regardless of when and where they are born. Whatever your age, size or shape it’s important to take care of your breasts. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, so it’s important to look after your breasts by being breast aware.
Being breast aware is an important part of caring for your body. It means getting to know how your breasts look and feel, so you know what is normal for you. You can then feel more confident about noticing any unusual changes.
How do I check my breasts?
There’s no right or wrong way to check your breasts. Try to get used to looking at and feeling your breasts regularly. You can do this in the bath or shower, when you use body lotion, or when you get dressed. There’s really no need to change your everyday routine. Just decide what you are comfortable with and what suits you best.
Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits and up to your collarbone.

The video has since generated more 13 million views on YouTube and inspired countless pink glove dance videos and events around the world. The response to the original video from the healthcare community, survivors and family members of survivors was overwhelming and heartwarming. I want to share this wonderful video with you.
