Phil Campbell & the Bastard Sons at The Garage, Glasgow - a rockin' good show of their debut album 'Age of Absurdity' mixed with some Motorhead classics and even a stonking cover of Hawkwind's Silver Machine. For those of you unhip folks who might not be down with the kids, Phil Campbell was Motorhead's guitarist for over 30 years - the rest of the band are his three sons plus vocalist Neil Starr.

At Black Diamond Mines, took some great pictures near the summit of the hill north of Rose Hill Cemetary (37.9591, -121.8738)
Taken in front of the west gate of Riken (Institute of Physical and Chemical Research). The road between Wako-shi Station and this spot is named “Nihonium Street.” Nihonium is the 113th element discovered by Riken.
Must Be Viewed Larger...I have never seen so many as I have these past two nights, literally hundreds flashing in the trees...
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to best capture these creatures at dark?
I left my shutter open for about 16 seconds for this one but it wasn't quite what I was hoping for...
