Wow, i inverted the negative of the Late night kitchen window image, shot on Fuji instant film (instead of my usual Polaroid) and was very surprised at the results. Not only is it not covered with the usual patina of grunge which seems to be a feature of the Polaroid b/w emulsions, but it has solarised as well, with most of the very dark areas inverting to highlight. (This is also know as the Sabbatier effect.) Note the Mackie lines around the handle of the tea kettle and the beer bottle.
Interestingly, it seems it's only the very darkest areas that flip: the dark face of the toaster remained dark, but the really dark control knob and slider inverted.
Taken with a converted Polaroid Pathfinder 110A on Fuji FP-3000B, f/22 for 1 second.
To view in stereo, sit 2-3 feet from the monitor and gently cross your eyes so that the two images become three. The one in the middle will be in 3d. If you are finding this difficult, you may be trying too hard. Viewing the original size is best.

At the British Wildlife Centre, Newchapel, Surrey, the squirrel, having just eaten a hazel nut, turns to climb up to the feeder for another nut.
Wreaths Across America 2013, Arlington National Cemetery. Volunteers from 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment Better Opportunities for Soldiers (B.O.S.S.) program started the day at 0545 hrs and helped organize the wreath distribution at three trucks. Around noon, Wreaths Across America representatives laid wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

At one time Bridgeton had several cinemas and music halls but the Olympia Theatre of Varieties was the top of the range, a real Saturday night destination. It fell into disrepair but its future is now secure.
Cross Country Trains seen at Burton on Trent.
The station is managed by East Midlands Trains but is only served by Cross Country.
The station is on Borough Road.
Trains between Burton and Birmingham are once every half an hour.
A none stopping Cross Country Voyager heading towards Derby and beyond.
