The book “Spiritual Astrology” is a storehouse of profound concepts of wisdom, which let images come to my mind’s eye. Thus when reading the chapter on Virgo impressions came to me of purity and virginity, of the world saviours as the Sons of the Virgin, of the rainbow of creation, the veil of the Mother of the World.
I wanted to give a new perspective to the often misunderstood concept of the Virgin and to replace the child with a group of great messengers of God and World Saviours. I used a painting of Fra Angelico for the central figure of the Virgin. I added a helix galaxy structure and a rainbow in the background above her head, forming the Eye of God. The head and the halo of the Virgin at the centre symbolise that the World Mother is the first emanation from the background of creation. She is sitting on a red and golden veil, the sheath covering the pure existence and giving rise to the multitude of expressions in space. Full of loving attention the Mother is looking at the group of messengers of the pure Light, which are inserted into the form of the infant Jesus, who is holding in his left hand the ball of the globe. Wrapped into her blue robe you see smiling people who feel blessed and protected through her presence. Her Light is radiating into all directions.

I did one of those astrology reading back in 2005. This is the THIRD note on my "S" sense ability. The first "reading" was done back when I was Twelve and was told about my ability which gives empathic emotions on situations or short seconds visions when dealing with the future(ex. For centuries, man has been looking to the heavens for guidance. There had been many complications which forced the Scientists to define Astrology and Astronomy.
A fun party book. It is an encyclopedia of relationship profiles matched by birth signs. Also uncanny summations of personality types by birthday week. The book therefore gives 4 descriptions for each sign so is much more specific than the usual sun sign book, but still rather general than if you actually had your chart done. Nicely laid out with photos of celebrities of certain weeks and good use of type sizes to set off each profile.
I was referred to the book by Kerry a woman from my deep past with whom I am now contemplating a relationship. So she sent me what the book said about our possible pairing. Since she had been profoundly affected by what insights she gleaned from the book I figured I could at least buy a copy and get on the same page. It was very apt in describing my birth week Taurus II.
I tested it by reading to Catherine about us. Our relationship pairing was called White Noise and pointed out that we had so much trouble communicating that we might as well not talk at all. True enough. It was helpful to know this. That in essence we do not have a shared language. So we were able to adjust to that factor and realize we had to go an additional step to make ourselves clear.
What other pairings Catherine had me read for her regarding her various love interests also resonated with her. And the book totally explained how my pairing with Sheilagh failed because she was so insistent on not receiving complaints that were negative because it interfered with her wish to only see what was nice. The book even warned that such a dynamic could lead to a break-up. The profile of her birth week was also spot on.
The book was hit and miss with other couples I showed it to. It was half right for my friend Cristina and totally off for Peggy and Stacy.
I found it helpful to look up my pairings with various clients just to get a sense of what insights it might have for these pairings. Some of that was quite useful. And it sparked further interest for me in astrology.
As for my new friend Kerry our pairing is said to stimulate creative work especially in the performing arts. And it is true that I have two such pairings with Pisces III that has been extremely stimulating in terms of creative work. With Cristina I made my first real documentary movie and with my teacher Pamela I have been enormously inspired in terms of memoir writing. Kerry too is inspiring me to write new stories as memories come up for me in writing to her. And I am doing the same for her writing.
But as is my nature I'm inclined to take all prophecy with a grain of salt especially ones that seem to require a project because I'm too exhausted to take on any more work. By the same token if it were our natural bent it shouldn't seem like work. I just don't want to go looking for a project just because the book says we are destined in that direction.

Capricorn is represented as a mountain top, the point where spirit and matter meet. At this most subtle and translucent state, the individuality becomes so pure and transparent that the light from above shines through. The personality ascends to the higher self, and the soul prepares to receive the energies of the super-soul. When the super-soul descends into a form, the Christ consciousness is born in a pure vessel. In the New Testament this pure body of light is called the “radiant white robe”. After the personality is conquered, the soul is glorified on the Mount of Transfiguration. It is also the Mount Sinai, where Moses experienced the “I AM THAT I AM” in the Burning Bush. The pure body of light is symbolised by a radiant five-pointed star. This star is also embodied in the shape of man with his outstretched arms, the two legs, and the head. We can take to this position and visualise with closed eyes how orange or golden light enters into us.
You see this symbolism depicted in this painting. For the orange light I transformed a photo of a cosmic nebula, for the mount a Swiss mountain top. The figure of Christ is created from an Indian image.
Capricorn is also called the gate of death, the release from the bondage of form. Cancer, the opposite sign, is called the gate of earth life, where the souls lose themselves in matter. Cancer is ruled by Moon. I depicted the cycle of incarnations with the moon phases from no moon (new moon) to full moon and back to no moon. The full moon is placed at the centre of a big crescent Moon, symbol of the form-bound consciousness. The pale light orbs at the bottom represent the souls bound in matter.

Finished with the color pieces. Only the constellations and the black sky are left. Now the "fun" begins.
