The first few times I used my Asda 'bag for life' I left the receipts in the bottom of the bag. After I gathered a few I made a point of it and resolved never to take them out.
I must have about a hundred in there now. Maybe it really is time to go back on my word.
I've got quite attached to them now though!
The crane in the centre of image is involved in construction work behind Asda, the nature of which I am uncertain of.
Behind the tip of the crane is the Stagecoach Bus Depot. A new depot is being built further up Somerset (Grange) Road for them. When it is completed, the old depot will be demolished to make way fir a “super” Lidl. Past the depot, Edlogan Way goes over the railway line and on to Llanyravon and Croesyceiliog.
This trolley struggled up Wodside Road for a pint only to find the pub is closed down. Never mind, it will probably end up cooling off in the canal.
The ASDA ALX400 winding its way around the back streets of Cotterell's residential area. This street was decimated when a few tiles decided to vanish from the map, but I've finally rebuilt it all again, mostly similar to the original.
The old version was this:
