Infatti non nascono più bambini. E fra poco molti consumeranno anche molto meno, con l'inflazione e l'aumento dei prezzi5 che c'è. Non ci sarà più nulla da consumare, se non la nostra tristezza e sgomento

L'Ama Dablam è una vetta di 6856 metri che si trova in Nepal nella valle del Khumbu Himal, nel Parco Nazionale Sagarmatha (regione dell'Everest).
È definita per la sua forma slanciata il Cervino dell'Himalaya. La sua scalata presenta notevoli difficoltà. Si può ammirare lungo il trekking al campo base dell'Everest in particolare dal Monastero di Thyangpoche.
C'est une montagne tres élégante (6856m) , qui est souvent considérée comme le Cervin du Nepal. Elle est située dans le parc National de Sagarmatha, dans le massif du Khumbu Himal, au pied de deux 8000 : L'Everest et le Lhotse.
This is a very elegant mountain, which is often regarded as the Matterhorn of Nepal. It is situated in the Sagarmatha National Park, in the mountain of Khumbu Himal, at the foot of two 8000: Everest and Lhotse.

Ama Dablam has to be one of the most savagely beautiful mountains in the Everest region.
Please keep Nepal in mind.
Ama Dablam is not as high as other mountains in the Sagarmatha National Park, but it is definitely one of the prettiest!

Maybe the most beuatiful peak in the Everest region. For several days it dominates the eastern sky for everyone trekking to Kala Patthar or Everest B.C.
V překladu matka s perlovým náhrdelníkem (výrazný serak je ta perla). V roce 2006 se na ni udála tragédie, když se utrhla lavina z pravého boku seraku a naprosto zničila 3. postupový tábor. Zemřelo 6 lidí. Více viz. www.mounteverest.net/news.php?news=15299 . Na hoře zanechali nesmazatelnou stopu i čeští horolezci - nebezpečnou a obtížnou západní stěnu (na fotce, v podstatě diretissima od spodu nalevo od seraku) přelezl v roce 1986 M.Šmíd (1952 - 1993). Od té doby nebyla cesta zopakována kvůli velkému nebezpečí padajících lavin v dolní části.
