Pan Am Mascot welcomed children to the official launch of Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto, held at City Hall early in July.
The shore next to the new building complex of the European Central Bank is publicly accessible. The remnants of the old Osthafen (east harbor) are integrated into the park landscape adjoining the fence and wall that surround the bank. In view is an old crane that was used to lift merchandise from river barges onto rail cars, and vice versa.
