Ist wieder reichlich Wasser im Sylvensteinsee. Die Herbstfärbung läßt noch auf sich warten.

Found in a pasture in Central NY in mid July.

Ludwigshafen am Rhein (F264) at Wihelmshave. She is the fifth ship of the Braunschweig-class corvette of the German Navy. At the, June 2012, F264 was still undergoing trails and had not been commissioned into the German Navy. That occurred in March 2013.

Die Persiluhr stand nicht immer am Marktplatz, ursprünglich wurde sie an der Kreuzung Brandenburger Str. und Mühlenstraße errichtet.

Ich war gerade für ein paar Stunden im Naturkino. Gespielt wurde der Film Gewitter am Horizont. Am Ende wurde es etwas stürmisch, aber ansonsten eher ziemlich unspektakulär.

What I like about this photograph, is the fact that there are different layers: first the water then 3 layers of trees and then the sky. Another striking aspect is the symmetry: each layer (water, trees, sky) is approximately 1/3 of the picture (I cut off a bit of sky via LR because it was too overwhelming).

Die Zeiten, als hier in Nähe der alte Braunschweiger Kopfbahnhof stand, hat BSVG Nr. 0757 natürlich nicht mehr erlebt. Nun ist er selbst bald zwanzig Jahre alt, rollt aber immer noch an der Oker entlang.

Old vacation slides from my grandparents, I believe this was a Pan Am flight to Mexico. There's a cool logo of a ship on the wall up there by the front row of the plane, that might indicate the airline if it's not Pan Am.
