Photographing this blue-green mosaic dragonfly in flight was a real challenge. It remained at a constant distance of about 4â6 meters and flew continuously without pausing anywhere. This is a real test for the autofocusâbut once the focus is set, it holds the subject with remarkable precision. Patience, technique, and a little luck are the prerequisites for such shots.

Diese BlaugrĂŒne Mosaikjungfer im Flug zu fotografieren, war eine echte Herausforderung. Sie hielt sich konstant in einer Entfernung von etwa 4â6 Metern auf und flog ununterbrochen, ohne auch nur kurz irgendwo zu verweilen. Das ist eine echte BewĂ€hrungsprobe fĂŒr den Autofokus â aber sobald der Fokus sitzt, hĂ€lt er das Motiv erstaunlich prĂ€zise. Geduld, Technik und etwas GlĂŒck sind die Voraussetzungen fĂŒr solche Aufnahmen.

As the sun is shying away these days, I bought this bouquet of Sunflowers (Helianthus), to brighten up the place.
I don't talk to flowers, they talk to me and I gladly listen!
In the vase, this one kept turning the 'wrong' way... where is the sun/Summer, I thought, that's what you are telling me, your great sadness !!!!!!
Heliotropism is sun tracking...flowers that follow the sun the whole day.
