Always a great walk with fine views. I have three walks which takes me along this coastline. The shortest is about 5 miles the medium walk is in the region of 9 miles and the longest is about 15 + miles.

So konnte ich ihn überhaupt erst finden.
The reed warbler had food in its beak and still sang.
That's how I was able to find him in the first place.

AN ELEGANT and unmistakable pure white, heron-like bird with a black, dagger-like bill and a long neck. Was very well hidden, when this bird dropped in, it then started working its way towards me, until I could not fit it in the frame, then past me, but who wants a back side view ! What a experience. Classed as a rarity in Britain a while back, but now fairly easy to find.

A year has passed since the departure of a great person and friend, she always took a moment to dedicate nice words to you... the truth is that with few words you come to appreciate great people and how unfair life is for leave us without her so soon.
Wherever you are, my dear friend, keep shining with your light, that same light that you had for all of us.
To have a plan B if my original plans don't work out. In this case the fish were not biting so this will have to do...
The first year we went to Etosha we spent a month there becoming familiar with it's incredible beauty. In that month we only saw the lilac breasted roller twice . It was difficult to find and there just were not many but over the past eight years we have seen them numerous times and this year they were in abundance. I love them and found it very hard to pass one by . As a result of this I have several images this year. Each is a little different . The first year we never saw clouds but this year there were clouds every day. You can seen them in this image of the roller.
