An Erie PA was on a passenger train at the railroad's Jersey City passenger terminal during the summer of 1956.

On the right hand side of the river, which is East, one can see evidence of the horrendous wildfire called Holiday Farm/McKenzie Fire. Looks like some charring on the left side (West) too, just not as bad in this particular spot. Thousands of acres are still not under complete containment as I write this (morning of October 6, 2020, and the fire started September 9th, (Labor Day).

The *soul* of this for Dave C. and other Flickr friends too, is my daughter and granddaughter lost their home miles west of this spot, and a friend completely lost her home a very short distance (almost shouting distance) east of this river.

Five new zero emission buses, including Lothian 997, are seen here outside the Sheraton Hotel on Lothian Road where the ALBUM conference is taking place this year.

I took a walk through Maksimir forest, back in April. It was a nice, sunny day, the perfect weather for a walk.

Taken with Olympus E‍-‍PL2 digital mirrorless camera and Olympus M‍.‍Zuiko Digital 9‍–‍18mm F4‍–‍5.6 ultra-wide-angle zoom lens. Crop, levels and that's it.

This officially kicks off a new feature, my RIP album. It will be comprised of my photographic subjects that no longer exist. I never like seeing former subjects disappear but am always glad that I have a record of them.

This neon is one of my earliest posts to the Mick L FLICKR photostream and one of the few times that I knew in advance that the building would be demolished. This version of the P-Club ended forever although a much lesser club resurrected the name later at another location.

I took many outside shots over a few days, and the owner of the club kindly allowed me to photograph interior signs on closing night. I was also a long-time patron of the P-Club, which had some good entertainment at times and always offered excellent free popcorn. It was a major entertainment venue in its halcyon days and many hockey and football stars sometimes visited.

I put 10 photos of other some of the other P-Club pics plus other RIP subjects in the album (see below) and will add more with new posts through time.

Vineyard scenes I've encountered while finishing the work there for this summer, hopefully. Grape picking should be the next, in about a month-and-a-half, if the weather serves us well.

Such a kind and warm hearted person.

This week’s photo challenge was Vintage Vibe. The subject which came into my mind was right away to make a photo of a good old record. I made it but was not 100% happy with the result. So I made a totally different photo with an old camera. That photo was sepia and I liked it a lot. So that was my photo I used for the challenge.

Later on I went back to this photo and I turned it into Sepia as well. It was too good not to use. So here it is!

Any idea which album I am playing?

Must be the Beatles Abbey Road!
