My first attempt at a complete and modular castle as an AFOL. This truly was a lifelong dream. Built for Novemburcht contest at LOWLUG.

Fan Media Days

Pictures from the 2nd day of Fan Media Days when more than 50 interviews were conducted on the 1st floor of the new building in the middle of Billund - Innovation Campus

Set looked like a corporate display model, so replaced all the grey containers with a colourful collection to look more like a working ship.

Voici ce que cela donne quand on mélange la passion de mon amoureux (Lego) et la mienne (le chocolat)

The late 2200s saw an influx of vintage 20th century muscle-inspired speeders, of which the Boomslang was no exception. Renowned for their high class (and high priced to match!) aeromobiles, Grant & Huxley's sole venture into the rougher, tougher side of the speeding industry was a surprising yet well received move.

Now a niche collectors' item, these machines are hard to source original parts for in the New Age. This posed no problem for Doppler Aero-Tuning, much to the horror of die-hard purists. Fitted with an entirely new rear end and an engine that in no way fits under the bonnet, they did away with all vestiges of class, and put go-faster stripes on to boot. Fasten your seatbelts kids, this one's quick, loud and aggressive!

This is the second MOC from a collaboration project where members are building chess pieces. I chose to create a wizard in a classic pointy hat to keep with the medieval (albeit fantasy) theme. Like the knight, he is primarily white with yellow and blue trim for contract. It's a bit hard to see in the image but he is holding a clear orb with a black "King" inside. Base designed by Ryan McBryde (goatman461).

Celebrating his triumphant return from the outer planets, King Jello parades to the track and punishes the competition.

As soon as I saw the set 40407 in the summer of 2020, I knew I was onto something interesting. Featuring an interesting use of the curved slopes to depict the sleek shape of the A-Wing, it was definitely one of the more accurate take on the interceptor aircraft. I immediately took it to have my own take.

I fixed what I felt was incorrect: the incorrect obtuse fuselage tip; the over-exaggerated winglets; and the missing thrusters, which I knew exactly how to do from my experience with StarCraft. And I love what I ended up with.

Of course, I miss that transparent horizontal tooth part that represents the cockpit. But being a brand new unique part, I forgive myself for that.

...their school play! They have worked so hard to put this together for their friends and family. Looks like Monica is still reading off of her script but that's okay! Pam, their Drama Teacher, is out of her seat recording it all on her cell phone, she's so excited!

This is also for this week's #LegoClipspiration Challenge!

Based off the 1979 Dodge my dad had in the 80's.

This was built for the Bricking Bavaria. It will also be the next chapter of my Guilds of Historica story. I had a lot of fun building this. It's way bigger than anything I've done before.

Bricking Bavaria was such a nice exhibition. It was a pleasure to meet so many nice builders and to see some of you guys in real life. It was my first convention since 2016 and it was really inspirational.

A lot of thanks goes to my friend Domi who took these pictures. You rock dude!

Hopefully I managed to cover all the MOCs present. I had to delete some images that were way too poor qualitywise. I am to redo the pictures tomorrow, but please accept my apologies if I fail to achieve that.
