All of the new Gold 45 Revolver(TM) and 45SURF(R) logos and designs are inspired by the golden number phi and divine proportion! Just as my landscapes oft employ the golden rectangle and fibonacci spiral in composition, all the bikinis, shirts, and lingerie designs are made with the golden section and gold number Phi (1.618) in mind! The golden grids, rectangles, pentagons, and spirals make a far better system for compositions than does the rule of thirds! And too, the golden mean and divine proportion are found in every model--in her pretty face and in the divine proportions of the 45surf goddess's heavenly body! I'm working on a book on all this beautitful craziness in fine art landscapes and models called The Golden Hero's Odyssey, which also ties it to my physics theory Dynamic Dimenions theory (dx4/dt=ic). :)

Preparing for some gallery shows this fall to celebrate over 100,000,000 views! Printing a few dozen photographs in ~ 30"x40" formats and mounting/framing. Here are some close-to-final edits. These were shot with Nikon's best D800 with the 14-24mm wide-angle Nikkor lens. 7 exposures were taken at 1 EV intervals, and combined in photomatix to bring out the shadows and highlights.
Rather large HDR (high dynamic range) photo--you can see great detail both near and far! View the detail at full size!
High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos rock in capturing the full dynamic range of the scene!

Shown here mounted on the Sony A100.
The knob at the camera end of the lens is where a filter can be inserted - the lens came with a x4 ND for those really sunny days ;-)

An all-auto 35mm compact from Olympus in 1986 - supposedly the first all-weatherproof model. A.k.a Infinity in the U.S.
A bit shabby, but with just about enough power in the PR-P2 battery to be working, and worth the 50p it cost.
The photo is an exercise in minimal preparation - put the subject down, focus and press the release; could be better.
