Een zwarte loc in een witte omgeving - niet echt een geweldige combinatie maar wel een leuke loc ;)
Na een telefoontje van Sytze (dank !!) dat de Veendammer vandaag met de G2000 1607 als loc zou rijden en gespot was, op het ons bekende forum, bij Woerden, aan het rekenen geslagen en naar Putten gereden - snelweg was goed te doen, binnenwegen was leuk ;)
ACTS 1607 (Vossloh G2000-3 BB) komt met containertrein 50044 naar Veendam langs Putten - groeten terug aan de mcn !

A black loc in white surroundings - mmm, not a colourfull combination but still a nice loc ;)
After contact with a fellow spotter (thx Sytze !) and some time calculations with a spot on the cargo forum in mind, i drove through to my spotting place near Putten - highway was pretty okay, country roads where fun to drive ;)
ACTS loc 1607 hauls containertrain 50044 along Putten to Veendam - greetings to the driver.
The loc is a Vossloh G2000-3 BB, hired from MRCE.
Young blue jay was having trouble keeping its balance as it bounced from branch to branch begging for food.

Balancing Act by Sherri McCauley, Frances Holliday Alford, Barb Forrister, Connie Husdon, Leslie Tucker Jenison, Susan Lewis Story, and Kathy York of Lakeway, Texas.
Group dynamics are complicated. Working together is a balancing act. With our mutual fascination with cairns and balanced rock sculptures, we independently created our rocks and worked on the rock placement together. As a group, we were able to form the balanced stacks, and as a group, we balance. Techniques: Machine pieced, machine and hand quilter, hand embroidered, appliqued with fusible and by hand; background pieces are individually machine quilted and joined with zig zag; shadows are hand painted. Materials: Hand-dyed cottons, felts, velvet, silk organza, and batiks; metallic foils, fabric paint, ink; commercial fabrics, embroidery floss, batting, fusible. Original Design
