This is our kitty, Sylvester. He would probably think "kitty" is a bit too sweet of a term for him, for he is too macho and often referred to as "the most interesting cat" in the world (like the advertisements for Dos Equis beer). Sylvester will be 20 years old this summer (again, he would probably prefer the words 20 years young). He came to live with us in 1995 when my mom passed away and has been a fixture in the family ever since...

It's been a long time since I've had to work this hard for a photo, as he didn't want to do anything for his food.
