Little the Bobcat has little ones!

The bobcat named Little (seen growing up in my bobcat album) is now a mother and has three small kittens that are growing up fast. I was lucky enough to spot them in October, November and December too. Hope to see them again before they grow up and move on to find their own territory.

Here Rocky and Little had been playing for a few seconds. Surprisingly, Little started it. She's a great young mother.

Difficult setting to compose in, and difficult low light to stop the action. I did the best I could.

Since these are wild cats who have lost some of their natural fear of humans, I do not post location online. I advocate for others to do the same when posting pictures of any animal who may be put at risk by posting its location publicly online.

Something else 'outside the box' for me - using JPG on the camera *and* using special effects built into the A77ii. This is a slightly cropped 'miniature mode' sunflower
