I do hope people enjoy this image because both my camera and I got a soaking by a freak wave during the taking of it. I know Canon strongly recommend a saltwater bath for their equipment each year - or at least that's about how often it happens to me. Astonishingly, a quick wipe dry and the equipment all seems to be working perfectly - phew. Watch this space for the effects of salt and sand over the next few weeks.

My Garden.....his beautiful perennial is called Balloon flower because the bud resemble a hot air balloon,
