943 seen at Haddington terminus having just come in with the service 104. It can be seen changing destination screen hence the wrong destination on the front.

Spotted but not photted earlier in the day, I gave it up as a bad job and stopped looking, but lo-and-behold it came storming up Derby Road at dusk.

Snapping a fast-moving vehicle in such low light is tricky, but not impossible (and easier with a compact camera!)

A bit of photoshop made the bus more visible, and can still be identified by the number plate still being legible.

More electric vehicles - as well as the batch of Solo EV's for locallink, a batch of Optare Versa EV's were also acquired for medilink, like this one! 943 leads another at QMC heading towards the City Hospital.

The final RET Den Oudsten buses came out of service in December 2019. This also marked the end of RET's green and white livery as well as the end of Den Oudsten buses in service in the Netherlands.

To mark the occasion an excursion was organised with a number of the RET 900 series.
