Taught William some photography today using the tripod...everything was going well until he decided to try to move the tripod and the camera hit the ground - it appears OK, just some minor scratches. He didn't do too badly overall, just trying to show him how to use the viewfinder - harder than you would think for a two year old.

My long-time friend Dick is 87. We stopped by his farm and visited with him and his wife, their 2 dogs, numerous cats (mostly all-black), a few cows, and a few horses.
Unknown type dog with blue bow white polka dots and large red tongue. Hand carved, 9333 carved on the bottom. Back wind movement, winds at six. Back plate marked, "Oshur, D.R.P. D.R.G.M., Patented USA Aug. 31. 1926, Patented Gr. Brit. No. 276738, Brevet Brevetto Patente." Metal tag on back reads," Johs Hartman, Hofuhrmacher, Gegrundet 1763, Berlin, NW 7 U. d. Linden 56". Movement not marked. 6 1/2" tall and 7 3/4" wide.
