A while ago, I had done an inkjet transparency transfer of one of my favorite Degas paintings (The Millinery Shop) onto fabric, using gel medium. For the longest time I didn't know what to do with it. Tonight at quilt group, I collaged some scraps over it and stitched it all down on to a piece of Timtex with bronze metallic thread. (8"x11")
