at Kew Gardens

Took a walk around the lake in one of the parks in Cheyenne. I brushed off the dust on Nikon D700 and glad I did. The colors from just out of the camera I thought were super.

As we sailed from South Georgia south to Antarctica we saw groups of Chinstrap Penguins diving in the water. It was a real challenge to photograph them because you never knew where they were going to come up. Taken near Elephant Island, Point Valentine which is located 152 miles NE of the tip of the Antarctic Peninsula in the South Shetland Islands.
