7-Eleven #16715 (closed and demolished)
909 East Ocean View Avenue, Norfolk, VA
This location, from what I can tell, was built in 1974. They moved to a new location in June 2016 and it wasn't too long after that the old building was demolished, leaving only the foundation and parking lot. And even though you can take the whole building away the lay of the land still has a 7-Eleven feel!

The site originally housed a bank building, with one of the last tenants being Approved Cash Advance.
7-11 in Taiwan seems way cooler than 7-11 in the US. I guess cos it has...ASIAN FOOD. Yeah. 7-11s are everywhere in Taipei. You're not supposed to take photos in em, but no one told me until I was pretty much done taking photos.

Here's the interior in 2009. The way the interior was just about completely stripped away of its fixtures brings to mind this closed store I documented last year. You might notice that both stores had their walk-in coolers removed and had the ceiling area above it re-done, and this one went even further by removing all the floor tiles. I wonder if both stores were owned by the same franchisor.
