I wanted to do something creative for this weeks prompt, but i couldn't come up with a unique idea. So with a little help from google, i came across a heart made from pages of a book. This shot has been taken so many times, but hey, i haven't taken it yet! :D It was getting kinda late, and the light was slowly fading, so i rushed to take this shot. I played around in Photoshop with some actions, that i haven't used in a long time, for getting the soft pastel colors that i wanted. I liked the end result, i just wish the heart would look a but better, but the pages just wouldn't cooperate. :)
If I'd got off my backside and gone and taken this shot last week, there would have been a lot more straw bales in it. The farmer has begun to collect them up now.

gratitudes: a cooler day, watching my boy skate, coffee on the deck, knitting time, cousins playing games, kids sprawled every which way reading books, conversations with my dad, the importance of relationships, dance classes and laughter, katydids and a cool breeze.
