72% hydration dough, with 90% bread & 10% wheat flours.
Happy with the results, great flavor. Oven spring could be better. This was a 5hr bulk ferment, no autolyse time, with 1.5hrs proof time at room temp. I considered overnight proof but was impatient, maybe next time!
Day 72/365
Went along with Rachel Gwynne-Eisley on an assignment she had for the Brooklyn Paper, to shoot Skateboarders in Maria Hernandez Park. I shot the lights unmodified as I wanted that Transworld Skate Harsh lighting kind of effect.

Due to budgetary issues stemming from the fall of the Democriet union, the Presidential Palace also doubles as a storage depot for reserve tank hulls.
VIA trains no.72 and no.73 pulled up to Oakville at the same time which allowed me to grab this elevated shot of the two corridor services side by side...one train with LRC's and the other with HEP2's.

Denise (stranger 72)
When I walked past I saw Denise standing out of the corner of my eye in the entrance of the former shop that is now furnished as a reception area for temporary workers. She had a face just lit up against a dark background. She was also dressed in black herself. I came up with another person for the 100strangers project. When I stood at the entrance she smiled kindly at me, which made it easier for me to ask if I could take a picture for the project. She hesitated, looked back at a colleague who was working there and nodded approvingly, and immediately cooperated. She later said that she always feels a little uncomfortable when someone takes a picture of her. When you look closely at the photo you can also see that. But still, thanks Denise.

so i got to see the karate kid today!
it was actually really good. better than i expected it to be.
i almost like it a little better than the original. lol.
made me cry at some parts too. movie was pretty intense.
and i couldn't stop thinking about how cute little jaden smith was in that movie haha.
i would totally go see it again.
the only thing that bugs me is the movie title.
kungfu kid would be more appropriate.
anyways, i feel a little behind on my 365 for some reason.
i'm uploading them too late. boo.
oh and sorry i've been a bit of a bad contact also. i've been really tired, but i try my best to get to everyone when i can.
