It was a few hours in Reading today (24/04/2021) to see what was going on and to test out a new lens for the camera. The many colours of Reading Buses were in full bloom in some lovely April sunshine.

With yet another dull weather weekend upon us (14/03/2020), I kept it local and went out to photograph a sample of the Reading Buses fleet.

Budapest 706 Ikarus 412T trolleybus at Keleti Palyaudvar on route 73 on 21 November 2015.

Seen in Reading in June 2019 is Reading Buses Scania N280UD / Alexander Dennis Enviro400 City H45/26D 706 YP67XCA. This bus carries a generic liveried front with the rest advertising Heart Radio.

Trent Motor Traction 706 XCH706Y a 1983 Leyland Olympian ONLXB/1R ECW H45/30R at Derby Bus Station on service 51 to Allestree on a very damp 27 May 1983.

Painted in the traditional Trent ayres red and cream to commemorate their 70 years anniversary.

Later ran for many years with Blackpool Transport.

706 WX62 HGU is seen departing Royal Parade whilst operating the 13:35 5A service from Elburton towards Saltash
