September 09, 2014; Zac Efron films a scene for 'We Are Your Friends' on the beach in Malibu, CA. In this scene Zac's character smokes a conspicuous cigarette while sitting on the beach looking out at the ocean during the sunset. In between takes, Zac had to urinate but there was no bathroom nearby so he went on the beach in public view of everyone. When filming ended, director Max Joseph (not pictured) jokingly wanted to compare his abs next to his star Zac Efron which got lots of laughs from the crew. Hey! This is my photo of the week, in the photo I wanted to highlight is my progress on the muscle since 2011 when I started training until 2012. In the picture you can clearly see a before and after in my body, because in 2011 I was a skinny kid with little shape and little muscle in my body. One day motivated by the desire to improve my physical appearance and my health, I decided to enroll in a gym, since then I have become fan of exercise, bodybuilding and healthy lifestyle.
Today I am grateful and happy to sport and exercise for sports coaching and has brought great benefits to my life, now I am a young healthier, my health is great, I feel stronger, strong and powerful, my body has evolved, now I'm more ripped, defined, toned, I have more aesthetic, and I do not look like a child, now I look like an athletic man because my body has developed over more shape and muscle mass, my physical appearance certainly it is much nicer and I feel better about myself, my mental health is excellent because I developed discipline and motivation, as my desire to be better every day both in sport and in life.

Earlier this year Andy contracted Lyle to build him a rack that would hold a 6-pack of his favourite beverage. Lyle took the design constraints far too literally, and built a stainless steel rack that actually hugs a 6-pack. It's not surprising that this thing turns heads on the streets with its sculptural oddness and almost-universal appeal – but more recently Lyle was contacted by a publication that wants to print some photos of the rack. That's where I come in. This afternoon I spent an hour or so with Andy's bike racking up some shots. I'm keeping the beer.

I've been wanting to build one for a few years now and finally got the motivation to put it all together.
Not everything came out the way I wanted it too, but it was still worth the time.
Since this is for the 64th LUGNuts challenge, I can't forget the engine!
The legendary Chrysler RB engine in its largest form, 440 ci. with 3 twin-barrel carburetors, giving it the nickname "Six-Pack". It produced close to 400 hp. Also found in the Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda, this engine was the most powerful of the 440 series and the last one before new emissions standards forced a higher compression exhaust system to be fitted causing a dramatic loss of power for the '72 model year.
The 1969 Roadrunner was among the last of the great muscle cars, and in my opinion, one of the coolest.
