Been meaning to stop off here for a long time, each time I drive past it on the way from London to Oxford. I finally got the chance yesterday at sunset, and after a long walk through the woods (previous shot) I was greeted by this view and sight.

It is the last of the batch of 98 similar buses purchased by Lothian Buses in 21/22 and is seen here on Princes Street operating service 1 to Clermiston.
Amtrak Downeaster 698 hustles west past the old Boston & Maine station in Plaistow, New Hampshire on a hot and humid mid-July evening in 2024. In the lead for the run down to Boston was AMTK 90406, formerly F40PH 406, a non-powered control unit wearing a sweet coat of Phase III paint. This NPCU had returned to service a little while prior after being out of service for a couple of years, so this was nice to see.
