Having just passed Motherwell depot, Standard Class 5 73148 (65B) brings a fitted freight off the Perth line into Motherwell, heading south. This engine spent its entire short life at St Rollox
The west coast mainline runs to the left of the picture, electrified at this point for the Glasgow Blue Electrics

Credit to Stagecoach for including the First Aberdeen service 5 timetable within their own service timetable offering a complete picture for customers using the service.
First also make no mention of the Stagecoach service in their own publicity and also manage to incorrectly spell Craigiebuckler.
The Stagecoach timetable creates the interesting situation of the First logo incorporated into the Stagecoach swoops colours.
It includes the old First logo of transforming travel, something First no longer proclaim to do.
Mum's car. Note sticker from "Auto Performance" magazine, my addition to make it go faster! AP was, and probably still is, my favourite motoring magazine. It eventually 'merged' with Cars & Car Conversions, but its blend of articles on cheap/older fast cars, tuning and budget motorsports and the like didn't really get repeated.
The blue Cavalier was registered A209OTM (why do I need to remember that?) and belonged to a neighbour. Cartell says it was a 1.6 base model and DVLA that it lasted until 1995.

oh Boy! Are my creative juices ever flowing! I can not WAIT till my cold is all gone and I can head outside to do photos! Again, this is bit of a dark photo. This photo was done using natural light. In post, I used a fuji 800Z + film effect. I was so nervous my camera was going to fall or creep because I could find enough weight to balance the tripod so I used the bag my softbox was currently in to weigh it down a bit…seemed to work…as for the creep, I just hoped for the best! lol Any and ALL feedback is welcome!
