Euculyptus trees and railroad caboose at Goleta Depot museum near Santa Barbara, Calif. Will return to get more shots of the caboose.
Used a 7.25"/f~2.8 Kollmorgen Snaplite cine projection lens, a modified petzval. This lens had a long empty barrel behind the rear element, so I cut off about 1", and got more coverage on 4x5.
Also used Pacemaker Speed Graphic and TMAX 400 film.
There was a time when we used this camera to shoot commercial work here at We Shoot. There was nothing automatic, the media was 4" X 5" transparencies and negatives, and the image viewed at the back of the camera was upside down and backward. The image quality from equipment like this was very high. The workflow and equipment has changed, but high quality is still our standard. Seattle Commercial Photography by weshoot.com .
Justice is blind but she's packing heat. Justice is local power broker/solicitor Vas A. also known as Veronika Lake of flickr. Thanks to all the local flickr folks who have been kind enough to sit for me in my little studio over the past year or so. This has been a great time for me and I feel I owe you all much appreciation for coming and helping me experiment and hone my artistic and portrait skills. I am forever in your debt.
I did a comparison of the same shot developed normally to the instructions and another time stand development for 60 Minutes.

Note the old pictures used as ornaments on the Christmas tree. We think they are from the 50's or early sixties. The black framed photo on the wall on the left is a picture of my grandfather, his brother and my great grandfather and his Beagles taken about 1910. The gold framed painting on the left is a painting my grandfather did of my great grandfather and his dogs.
