The Renault-Saviem SG/TP-Series was chronologically placed between the 1947-1965 Goélette and the 1980-1997 Master.
The TP3 was the AWD version in this van range.
Saviem was incorporated by Renault as a Truck devision.
Later, in April 1980 Berliet and Saviem merged with Renault. The new commercial car and truck devision was called 'Renault Véhicules Industriels' (RVI).
Between 1980-1982 the brand name for these trucks became RVI.
After 1968, both Renault-Saviem SG2 and SG4 were built under license by the Czechoslovakian company Avia. Later they were renamed Avia A15 and A30.

Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia. We spent the night close to the salar in order to get there very early the next morning and be able to take pictures before sunrise. The landscape and the light were even more incredible that I had imagined. For 30 min, I took dozen shots -I even pictured my tripod, backpack and our 4WD. There was a moment when -as hard as it may sound for a photographer- I stopped shooting and I just stood there to be and breathe.
1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L - At 8mpg, this is not my daily driver! But, I bought this from the original owner and it has only 179K miles. I put a bluetooth stereo in, put some new meats on, car seat covers and basically I am just good to go. My two car garage is maxed out so I am still trying to figure out where I can put this original roof during the summer and go topless!
Lego City - Volcano Research Truck - Set 60121 ALTERNATE. This is an alternate to the set vehicle, only parts from the set were used.
Looking decidedly creaky these days even if Guisval were ahead of the JDM curve when they brought out their Toyota Celica Turbo 4WD casting back in the early 1990's. Time hasn't been too kind especially as Guisval now regularly use these cheapo generic Chinese wheels to keep costs down. Its doors still open though its not something I would recommend doing on a regular basis!
