I am now a third through my quest to capture all 30 new 26 buses especially with there zoo adverts that really like. Back in February there was a vote between Frogs, Zebras and Gorillas to see what 476 & 477 would wear. The yellow Zebra won. Here we see 476 crossing the city ( the zebras phrase ) on a service 26 to Clerwood seen here at Joppa.

CF de l’Est Srs.8S 30.254 (SNCF Class 130B) 2-6-0 No. No.30.476 (SNCF No.130B476) in lined black livery at the AJECTA Festival at Longueville Depot, 8 May 2023. It was built as a Bourbonnais Series 8 0-6-0 in 1883 and rebuilt to a Srs 8S 2-6-0 in 1922 at the Est’s Epernay Works (W/No.112). Only part of the chassis, the cylinders and the driving axles were re-used. 130B.476 was not withdrawn until 1970 – a working life of 87 years! The tender is a 2-axle one, No.2231 (SNCF 13C Class No.13C.231) holding 2,900 glls of water and 5 tonnes of coal.
The Est rebuilt 92 such locos 1909-22. They were a simple version of the earlier compound 30.252 Class (SNCF Class 130A) rebuilt from Bourbonnais locos in 1906-09, all of which were withdrawn by 1957.
In this June, 1997 photo, K28 476 hauls at least 10 passenger cars past the Beaver Creek overlook towards Rockwood. The limit for a single K-28 is 12 cars. Nicknamed the "Sports Model" when they first entered service on the Rio Grande's narrow gauge.
ex-Denver & Rio Grande Western 476 is a 1923 2-8-2 built by the Alco Works of Schenectady, NY , near Albany. Originally 10 in the class, 3 survive and the other 7 were scrapped after war service on the White Pass & Yukon RR.
