LA&L 418 shuffles power around at the shops in Lakeville, NY on December 13, 2016. Hard to find four units of these models put together anywhere! Maybe even impossible. Sadly the 418 is out of service and awaiting scrap due to wreck damage. The 433 is in road train service now, but at the time of this photo it was still getting worked on and did not go into service until mid 2017.

Die Vectron 475 418 von BLS Cargo ist mit einem UKV-Zug nach Norden unterwegs. In der bereits durch den Frühling erwachten Landschaft verlässt der Zug bei Buonas die Voralpen und erreicht das Mittelland. Im Hintergrund die Rigi.

Egy Novemberi fagyos reggelen érkezik Nagybátony vasútállomásra az egykocsis személyvonat Somoskőújfalu felől.
Die am 19. März 1932 offiziell eröffnete Sydney Harbour Bridge stellt die Hauptverbindung zwischen Sydneys Nord- und Südküste über den Hafen von Sydney dar und wird von Einheimischen schlicht „coat hanger“ genannt. Die Brücke wurde 2007 an ihrem 75. Jahrestag als nationales Denkmal in die Australian National Heritage List eingetragen. In der Begründung der australischen Denkmalschutzbehörde steht die Brücke symbolisch für die Entwicklung des modernen Sydneys und international für die glänzende Zukunft von Australien. Wikipedia

LA&L 418 is parked outside the shops in Lakeville, NY while the annual Christmas Party & open house takes place inside the shops on the evening of December 6, 2013. The railroad no longer hosts this event. It was nice while it lasted.
In 2009 I was shooting film primarily. I had a little Point & Shoot that took a reasonable picture. Here is LA&L 418 with some cars along side Sweeteners Plus in Lakeville, NY on a snowy February 23, 2009. Taken with a Nikon L14 P&S.
I was hoping to get the LA&L road train, but it did not run. LA&L 418 ran light up to Avon to switch, so I was able to get some pics of it working. Here it is switching some cars for Barilla Pasta in front of the Avon Station on December 7, 2018.
Metrans Lokomotiven sind eigentlich nur vor Containerzügen zu sehen. Im September 2023 machte 383 418 davon eine Ausnahme. Der Vectron war für die slowenische Staatsbahn im Einsatz und hat hier mit Schubunterstützung einer 541 einen schweren Kohlezug die Koperrampe hinauf gewuchtet.
Metrans locomotives are actually only seen in front of container trains. In September 2023, 383 418 made an exception to this rule. The Vectron was in service for the Slovenian state railway and here, with the pushing assistance of a 541, it hauled a heavy coal train up the Koper ramp.
Fürjes megállóhely után gyorsít a 418 142-es Ferrari becenevű Csörgő a 7715-ös számú Békéscsaba - Szeged viszonylatú személyvonattal. A vonatban a 2 Bd kocsi között helyet foglal az utolsó működő volt első osztályú Bautzeni A sorozatjelű kocsi.
Érdekesség hogy a megállóhelyen naponta csupán 4 személyvonat áll meg annak ellenére hogy a vonalon ütemes menetrend szerint, óránként közlekednek a járatok a két alföldi megyeszékhely között.

And, yes, we have teal blue skies on Long Island, not in NYC, only on Long Island. :))D
