Más de 200 personas pertenecientes al proyecto Formación de Emprendedores Productivos de la Dirección de Desarrollo Social del GAD Municipal de Quevedo, participaron este 4 de julio, en la capacitación sobre el financiamiento de proyectos productivos, por parte de Ban Ecuador. El programa contó con el aval del alcalde John Salcedo Cantos.
Marcel Moncayo, coordinador general de proyectos de Desarrollo Social, sostuvo que de esta manera los beneficiarios van a tener conocimiento de cómo acceder a líneas de créditos que otorga Ban Ecuador y puedan generar sus propios negocios, así como mejorar la situación económica de las familias.
El Municipio les brinda la capacitación, posteriormente los beneficiarios que desean emprender una actividad comercial, lo pueden hacer, toda vez que ya tiene el conocimiento necesario para las gestiones, recalcó Moncayo.
La capacitación estuvo a cargo de Francisco Juez Gallardo, gerente cantonal de la referida entidad crediticia, quien manifestó que la institución ofrece líneas de créditos para comercio, producción y servicio, cado uno tiene su tiempo y forma de pago, dijo el funcionario, al tiempo que resaltó el entusiasmo que se evidenció en los asistentes por acceder a préstamos.
“Como beneficiarios del proyecto Formación de Emprendedores Productivos nos sentimos contentos por la capacitación, ya que esto es de mucha importancia. Muchos tenemos sueños de iniciar un negocio y no sabíamos cómo obtener un crédito, ahora ya lo sabemos”, dijo Francisca Avilés, una de las asistentes.

I captured this young chap whilst out walking with a friend last month.
We had woken this lot up from their mid morning slumber by making a number of bovine & farmer type noises. (people think your mad if they hear you but, it's a lot of fun)
On hearing the commotion the small herd of bullocks followed us through a couple of fields before we arrived at a stile.
In typical fashion, they formed a line at a discreet distance from us & proceeded to bunch up. After a minute or so of stand off, the chap in the second row realised not a lot what going to happen so placed his head on the rump of the bullocks in front of him & caught 40 winks!

The LONGEST day I have had in a very long time. Overall, a pretty important day. I presented/displayed my first self portrait project in class today... had some interesting feedback, but realized I need to stop being a baby. So I am going to give a serious effort into doing a few of these here and there, with limited editing, and limited selection. I am only going to allow myself to take 5 shots to avoid the photo being posed, and me over thinking it. All of this regardless if I like the photo or not! Hear that? that is the sound of a page turning ;)
anyway... I am fucking tired and my head itches from the almost 20hrs of continuous hat hair, and my contacts are getting all dry. suck it.
