Vernon-Derby seems to be a bit of a forgotten pre-war British marque (originally importing French-built cars). I don't know which of their models this is, but would be happy to be informed.

Help with specific model identification would be welcome. An Austin 7 perhaps - or is it too big for that? Also, the number plate is partly obscured; I thin kit's "RD 1063", but that's open to correction too.
