Two 10mm Z rods, approximately 400 mm long. That's FlashForge's new-as-of June 2014 all metal Z platform with SMK10W style bearings: flanged on one end, 55mm tall, 19mm OD, 10mm ID.
Z platform is from FlashForge.

Seen at the maker faire today...there were a lot of people displaying and explaining how they worked. Very cool.
