3/30 April photo a Day - was looking at the ordinary and loved the different layers in the perspective of this, just round the back of Hoxton Square. Have always loved it round here for the cafes, restaurants and squares - this is a different view, a lunchtime walk from the office on a sunny day. I have been nostalgic lately and love the timeless nature of this that could be the 80s.
A row of Omega-3 dietary suppliments and their reflection, taken for the Macro Mondays group theme, "iSpy." The frame spans 1¾ -inches across.
I used to take these suppliments, but the latest studies suggest there is no health benefit to doing so; I now just photograph them.
Strobist/technical info:
The scene was illuminated by two Nikon SB900 speedlights positioned 90° CL/CR, one-foot above and two-feet away from the subject. They were fired in Manual mode @ ¼ power through Neewer 24" x 24" soft boxes.
The red LED of a Coast TX10 Quad Color flashlight was shown CL at camera level and exposed for 1s for highlights.
The SB900's were triggered by three PocketWizard Plus X triggeres.
Lens: Tokina AT - X M100 AF PRO D (AF 100mm f / 2.8 Macro) with 12mm extension tube attached.

One of CSX's rebuilt SD40E-3's leads Atlanta - Cartersville turn A760 into Cartersville, GA on a sweltering 90 degree afternoon. Temps are supposed to reach close to 100 this weekend here in Atlanta which means Ill be spending my time in the pool.

I do not know for sure, but no matter how strong the Force is, there are a bunch of people who think on their own best. When I saw this trio, I thought at first that their we're returning from one of the tasks that Darth Vader was given to them, but I was so wrong. They had runaway from the base and decided to try life on their own.
