This is a shot from my first trip to Latvia. It is a capture of Liepaja's wonderful windy beachside. This a is an HDR taken with my 14-24 mm Ultra-Wide.
This started out as an experiment to test out exposure settings and i ended up with some pretty good pictures out of it.
This was taken in my makeshift D.I.Y. studio which consists of a spare room, a wall, a 5 dollar sheet from the local store and some mini clamps i found laying around the house to hang it up, the lighting is one v285hv through a shoot through umbrella over that away on a drum stand with a modified cbs-np04. The subject is this beautiful owl hand made (not by me) and truly the reason i have all the wonderful gear i used to make this photo =)

This morning I pulled the 3 of Wands out of my Tell-Me Tarot deck, in the reversed position. The card reads "Three of Wands=End of Chapter (+) You have successfully completed your goals at this stage. You are invited to explore new paths." I hope the end of a chapter is here- last night at half midnight, our downstairs neighbour who is a paranoid schizophrenic stomped up and down the hallway outside screaming death threats at us because we pulled a chair out to sit at the kitchen table. He thinks everything we do is an attack on him. So, we called the super, who called the cops, and we were up until 2:30am waiting for cops to talk to him and whatnot. I hope this is the chapter that is ending and that he's going somewhere else- we've called the super, the building manager, and the cops. I hope that I've accomplished everything I need to so that this can change. Otherwise, I'm not sure what else this card could mean for me right now as I don't feel I've accomplished many "Goals" per se.
I haven't really interpreted this card for the reversal as they deck's Little White Book doesn't indicate how to interpret them in that state- I note it here, however, for future reference.
