A David Hockney inspired collage...another new thing learnt. I am on a roll with the learning at the moment! It's not like I am learning anything at college! Teaching myself is the best way.

This was one of the flowers we got for Sarah's Grandma. Today was her funeral, we will miss her tremendously.

feeling foggy - a month into my 365 project and I am feeling uninspired. I am realizing how small my world is. I take a lot of photos but most of them don't seem "good" or "interesting" enough to post. I know this feeling will pass and that I should just do the best I can. without the ordinary, I guess we wouldn't see the extraordinary.....

Everyday I snuggle up with Rory and tell him how much we love him, and how proud we are that he keeps working through school, ABA and all the long hours. On a wonderful day like today, this is what Autism looks like... Perfection!
two friends, a sleepover, sunny skies, skiing, henna tattoos, swinging, laughing, loving life...perfect day.

Project 2011 / 39 - Deliverance
After a long road I finally finished the photography course I set out to do. This week I had the graduation ceremony and even having in mind that it was just a paper, that the important part was the knowledge I earned, it all felt so good to see it end. To change the page and move on to other projects, to other important things in my life.
Now, all I must do is to keep that wonder for images that I have, and keep little small projects like a photo a week...
The Naming of Parts
Henry Reed (1914-1986)
Today we have naming of parts. Yesterday,
We had daily cleaning. And tomorrow morning,
We shall have what to do after firing. But today,
Today we have naming of parts. Japonica
Glistens like coral in all the neighboring gardens,
And today we have naming of parts.
