Been really sick...overworked and so on,( like I am sure many of you are). haven't had a chance, or felt like strolling about with a camera in SOOO long. I keep telling myself...this is the last time it will be like this. I must make a change in my life. This old photo reminded me of this time last year when I thought these same thoughts. hope. change.

London, Tower Hill.
Less a picture of the Tower of London, more that of the evolving installation Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red, that marks the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War.
Created by ceramic artist Paul Cummins, with setting by stage designer Tom Piper, 888,246 ceramic poppies will progressively fill the Tower’s famous moat.
It is a truly awe inspiring sight, a once in a lifetime spectacle thats puts our modern day lives into true perspective.
