2 of 2. For some reason only select outlets were receiving power. I set up SP and set the timer and my mom was like "what's that noise?" and then she looked at me and said "Is that you?" and that is what I am looking at here. lol.
Sorry for the weak treatment. I'm in one of those ruts again where I don't feel like putting any effort at all in to the photo.

My Salvatore Dali. hehehehe...... i really gotta keep up on uploading these pics, i take them on the right days but forget, because i am late for something, to upload them on here. opps
On Christmas eve I went to a place called "Wakefield Street" and the entire street is decorated! The cars were backed up about 2 miles waiting to go through the street!
The thing about having a dog is that you have to go out every day...
( Also - my village isn't the safest place to leave a camera on a park bench - even for 10 seconds - even in the snow! )
I decided to take a shot at a clone. I know, it's very unimaginative as far as clones go, but, I have 260 some-odd more days to give it another attempt over the next year. I'm gonna roll with it.
Oh...and say hi to the wife there in the background. :-)

Something that took me by surprise
Something that had never entered my world so far
Something I never even had the idea of considering
Something reminding me that being alive
touches the others around you
in many more ways
that we want to believe
A new thing to absorb
to integrate
to face

Believe it or not, we're actually not posing. We always strategically place our beer bottles in the dead-center of our tables with the labels facing the lens. We also always just look at each other and laugh. Oh...and our kids are never, ever around. Ever.

"The ninth graders are herded into the auditorium. We fall into clans: Jocks, Country Clubbers, Idiot Savants, Cheerleaders, Human Waste, Eurotrash, Future Fascists of America, Big Hair Chix, the Marthas, Suffering Artists, Goths, Shredders. I am clanless. I wasted the last weeks of August watching bad cartoons. I didn't go to the mall, the lake, or the pool, or answer the phone. I have entered high school with the wrong hair, the wrong clothes, the wrong attitude. And I don't have anyone to sit with. "

Some games require so much effort, so much attentive practice, that most people would consider them work, rather than games.
You play these games or you don't play them. What you can't do is play at playing them.

2000 Days Of Photos!
Now that I've made the Flickr blog I want to thank you all for stopping by and visiting me! It's a huge honor!! But I need to give a shout out to a few people:
randeclip for having the most photos in the 365 days group!
Wolfgang Binder for having the second most photos in the 365 days group!
I have the third most.
Also, I want to thank chrismaverick for the inspiration to do this in the first place. Oh, and I want to thank Ryan for putting up with this for so long and my parents for being awesome and commenting on my silly photos.
Check it out in original size to see all my selfies from the last 5.5 years!
The free AndreaMosaic program is awesome.

Since this photo is being viewed by so many people, I think I should use this opportunity to create awareness of my profession: Family Medicine. I'm a family doctor in California and I am always surprised to find how many people don't know what that means!
"Family medicine is the medical specialty which provides continuing, comprehensive health care for the individual and family. It is a specialty in breadth that integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. The scope of family medicine encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system and every disease entity"

And if you have a Family Doctor - thank them for caring enough to spend their days fighting insurance companies on your behalf and fighting for healthcare rights!
