Tenemos cicatrices en los lugares más insospechados como si fueran mapas secretos de nuestra historia personal, vestigios de viejas heridas. Algunas heridas se cierran dejándonos sólo una cicatriz pero otras no. Algunas cicatrices las llevamos a todas partes y aunque la herida cierre el dolor persiste.
¿Cuales son peores las nuevas heridas terriblemente dolorosas o las viejas que debieron cerrarse hace años pero no lo hicieron? Quizás las viejas heridas nos enseñan algo, nos recuerdan donde hemos estado y lo que hemos superado, nos enseñan que debemos evitar en el futuro o eso creemos aunque en realidad no es así, hay cosas que debemos aprender una y otra vez. - ADG

Op de laatste dag van mijn verblijf in Slovenië in de buurt van Ptuj heb ik nog een paar mooie plaatjes kunnen maken aan de spoorlijn van Pragersko via Ptuj naar de Hongaarse grens. Met ongeveer 30 minuten vertraging kwam onder meer internationale sneltrein 246 "Citadella" voorbij. Deze sneltrein van Budapest Déli naar Ljubljana is een van de weinige treinen die nog door een locomotief van de serie 342 van de SŽ worden gereden. Voor de 2 EC 's vanuit Wien naar Ljubljana en Zagreb wordt sinds kort een Vectron ingezet en andere getrokken treinen zijn vervangen door treinstellen.

This was the least intricate of tonight's shots but my favourite on reviewing them all.
Difuser between me and the camera. Light blade on strobe swept as constantly as possible across the back of my hand.
This is number 342 of my 366.
I don't know where it came from, but it delicately fluttered down and landed on my mouse while I was eating lunch at my desk. I didn't have a macro lens on my camera, so I used my phone to shoot this. It was just too pretty not to capture!
