Yorkshire pudding is a baked pudding made from a batter of eggs, flour, and milk or water.[1] A common British side dish, it is a versatile food that can be served in numerous ways depending on its ingredients, size, and the accompanying components of the meal. As a first course, it can be served with onion gravy. For a main course, it may be served with meat and gravy, and is part of the traditional Sunday roast, but can also be filled with foods such as bangers and mash to make a meal. Sausages can be added to make toad in the hole.
For me rainy weather means making use of every possible spot in the house. I don't think there's a single spot left where I haven't taken a photo.

The tall, majestic trees of Vancouver's north shore block our view of the western sun set. So instead, we turn our eyes eastward to catch the blazing sun reflecting off the houses atop Capitol Hill in Burnaby. I feel like I am in a far away, exotic land when I see this.
