I wish I could meet more video inclined individuals. It’s something I’ve always had interest in but no real drive to do on my own. I was really glad when I met Daniel during Rifflandia. He’s a part of El Cheapo, a group of individuals who work on video. I’d like to work with them at some point, though I suppose we’ll see what happens.
Him and I had been trying to meet up since we met the first time in September. It took weeks, and one of us would always have something come up. It wasn’t until December that we finally managed some time. I had just come from a shoot and he had just got off work. We grabbed burritos and went for a long walk all the way from Main Street up to Knight. Not much was said but it was a good walk. I think it’d been a long day of work for the both of us.

I took it though! On the correct date...I'm just not crazy about my other photos from the trip...
So, yeah, I'll have new photos soon. I'm horrible. Sorry guys...

Adam finally found his dream recliner at the thrift store for only $30. Covered with a quilt that *he* made out of his own t-shirts, it's a comfy new spot in our front room.
But soon I'll make him move it to his office, because it just doesn't go with our decor. ;)
I was still feeling crappy when I woke up this morning, and worrying about having to go back to work next week and not really being ready, so I phoned the docs and got an extension of another week on my sick note. And then proceeded to actually feel quite good all day. I had some urgent work stuff to do, so ended up doing a few hours' work - and also had enough energy for a short walk in the Cairn at golden hour. Incredibly beautiful it was, too. I liked this nibbled mushroom in a carpet of crunchy leaves, lit up in the golden light.
Had a fun game of Crazy Golf on the Xbox with Tim in the evening :)
One of the dogs we've got staying with us. She's just a sweetheart and loves our dogs.

Las hojas siguen cayendo de los arboles este lunes 12 de noviembre. El peso de la lluvia de la pasada noche les espuja con fuerza y ya en el suelo, como con lagrimas por la derrota, posan para mi objetivo de esta manera. Yo tambien tengo ganas de llorar hoy, pero aun no estoy en el suelo, por eso, como cada dia, abro mi tiendita y sonrio a los clientes mientras afuera siguen cayendo hojas de los arboles. Es la vida.

Shortly before the gets withdrawn and Broadmarsh Bus Station and Car Park get demolished, I was glad to get both together for the archives!!
317 approaches the current Nottingham terminus of Broadmarsh Bus Station with the first 21 of the morning from Ilkeston, Kirk Hallam and Stapleford. From next week, the City Centre terminus moves to Mount Street, and the 21 is set to be ran by Solos in the near future!!
F317REH was a Leyland Swift LBM6T/2RS / PMT Knype DP37F new as PMT number 317 in April 1989.
The Leyland Swift was manufactured by Leyland Bus between 1987 and 1990 as a successor to the Leyland Cub. It shared many components with the Roadrunner light truck but with the engine relocated to behind the front axle which was itself set back to permit a passenger entrance in the front overhang. Mechanically a 6-cylinder Cummins B turbo-diesel powerplant was standard with the choice of synchromesh or Allison automatic gearboxes. It was available in a choice of short wheelbase (3.6 m) or long wheelbase (4.4 m). PMT built ten of these Knype bodies on Swift chassis.
