I'm working on turning our living room into a part-time studio for the winter, so today I did some experimenting. Setting this up with a baby strapped to my chest and these two monkeys tearing the house apart all morning was a challenge, so I'm really happy I ended up with nice photos for the effort!
I bought this set with several others from Sweden a little while ago. I was surprised to find that the plates with red edges are mint! It was like I was the first to ever take them out of the box!
The esso tanker is just a spare I had. The one I found in the box was the rare Norwegian version, so I took it out. ;) I didn't think it was original.
Also, the plates with red edges are mostly the "circle bottom" variation, but one was waffle bottom. Has anyone ever seen a mix in a boxed set before?

i came to a strange lull in my projects today. however when this does happen (not often) i still have a ton of other things to be doing, like cleaning my bathroom. smells delightful now. one thing i greatly dislike though, getting an email at midnight saying "be here at 10 am" when i was planning on sleeping until at least 1 tomorrow. sigh. oh well. that's called a job. goodnight.
Jono is back from Australia for a week - one of his first stops is a proper NZ pie.
