As we approached the hilltop, I spied a small flock of sheep grazing. They were flighty hill sheep & skittered away the second they realised we were coming. I'm not even sure Flynn saw those sheep but I know he knew they had been there & he knew where they'd gone; he lifted his nose to the wind & began to follow them. Unluckily for Flynn, he was already on a long line (cloned out here) & prevented from having any fun. Luckily, I did have a ball to distract him with.

30 Hudson Yards (also the North Tower) is a super-tall mixed-use building in the West Side area of Manhattan. Located near Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, and the Penn Station area, the building is part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project, a plan to redevelop the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's West Side Yard. It's always nice to have a bird rest a while on the wire fence near to the hide, especially when they pose for the camera!
A very unusual sight is seeing Fenwick's shut during the daytime!! This was one of the first stores in the town to temporarily close following the COVID-19 outbreak.
30 is seen trundling past with a 93 back to Ipswich via Stratford St. Mary, East Bergholt and Capel St. Mary.

Finally, the last Viper of November! This is a little bit of a bittersweet moment. I’ve enjoyed this challenge, but I’m excited to have some more free time. This one holds a special place in my heart. I call it “the cloven dove “, referring to the Day of Pentecost in the book of acts. It was five years ago today, November 30, 2019, that me, and some of my good friends and family were filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. Hope you’ve enjoyed these models as much as I have!

The V-30 Warhawk was developed by Blackshaw Avionics as a long-range fighter and was primarily used by the Arcadian Air Force for escort duties. The plane pictured is the “Spirit of Freedom” and was one of the four planes that escorted the Arcadian Royal Airship during and after the Great War. The three other fighters were the “Spirit of Hope”, the ” Spirit of Justice” and the “Spirit of Destiny”. All pilots were hand-picked by the Head of Airborne Forces and included some of the very finest pilots in the Kingdom. The crew consisted of one pilot and one gunner although both cabins were fitted so that if either crew member was killed the other could take over their duties. Each Warhawk was fitted with four Haverlock “Banshee” engines and four 24mm machine guns.

I must admit it being fun going for a lap or two around the Rockefeller Plaza's sub-street level skating rink. Brought my own (hockey) skates, because they only rent out figure skates at the tuck shop.
Rockefeller Center is a large complex consisting of 19 commercial buildings covering 22 acres (89,000 m2) between 48th and 51st Streets, facing Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The 14 original Art Deco buildings, commissioned by the Rockefeller family, span the area between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, split by a large sunken square and a private street called Rockefeller Plaza. Five International Style buildings, built later, are located on the west side of Sixth Avenue and at the north end of Rockefeller Plaza.
In 1928, the site's then-owner, Columbia University, leased the land to John D. Rockefeller Jr., who was the main person behind the complex's construction. Originally envisioned as the site for a new Metropolitan Opera building, the current Rockefeller Center came about after the Met could not afford to move to the proposed new building. Various plans were discussed before the current one was approved in 1932. Construction of Rockefeller Center started in 1931, and the first buildings opened in 1933. The core of the complex was completed by 1939.
Rockefeller Center has two parts: the original center and the later International-style buildings. The original center has several sections: Radio City, for RCA's radio-related enterprises such as the Music Hall and 30 Rockefeller Plaza; the International Complex, for foreign tenants; and the remainder of the original complex, which originally hosted printed media as well as Eastern Air Lines. While 600 Fifth Avenue is located at the southeast corner of the complex and contains architecture similar to the original complex, it was built by private interests in the 1950s and was only acquired by the center in 1963.
Described as one of the greatest projects of the Great Depression era, Rockefeller Center was declared a New York City landmark in 1985 and a National Historic Landmark in 1987. It is noted for the large quantities of art present in almost all of its Art Deco buildings, as well as its Radio City section and its ice-skating rink. The complex is also famous for its annual lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.

I met Steven while walking around with some friends at Wicker Park fest back in July. Steven works at the Lomography Gallery Store on Milwaukee Avenue (the neon lights behind home are cameras!). He was trying to round people up to do a photo scavenger hunt when we walked by. I'm not sure if I mentioned it to him or not, but we were already doing a scavenger hunt of our own! After talking with Steven for just a short while, I found out that he is very passionate about photography and about having fun with photography.
Thank you, Steven, for agreeing to be number 30 in my 100 Strangers Project. It was a pleasure to meeting you and talking about cameras!
